Fertility Related & Gynecological Surgeries

At Touch of Joy, we have minimally invasive surgeries to maximize the chances of conception. We also look at women having quality of life issues regarding their menstrual cycle, bladder, and pelvic health. Some conditions are treatable or correctable. Factors affecting your ability to have children include fibroids, polyps , hydrosalpinx , Endometriosis, and fallopian tube obstructions . Touch of Joy offers fertility treatment such as Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and IVF. The intention is to maximize the chances of conception by stimulating the woman’s ovaries to produce eggs that the man’s sperm can fertilize.

PCOS/ PCOD: PCOS is a syndrome that affects 5% of all women ranging from adolescence to pre-menopausal women. In as many as 80% of cases, there is no clear cause. The condition starts in early adulthood and disturbs the menstrual cycles. One should be aware of acne, excess hair on the face, chest, legs, and abdomen, changes in the ovaries, abnormal menstruation (or no periods), and infertility. The external changes are quite common, which indirectly affects young women’s self-esteem. Touch of Joy steps in as it has the most effective treatment and counselling.
Endometriosis: A condition in which tissue that typically lines within the uterus (endometrium) grows outside of the uterus is referred to as Endometriosis. The most common symptoms are pelvic pain, back pain, cramping during periods, pain during intercourse, heavy vaginal bleeding, and infertility. Endometriosis affects as many as 10% of all women of childbearing age, making it the most common gynaecological condition in this age group. Adolescence to Post Menopausal Care

Adolescence and the teenage years are a period of rapid physical and emotional change. These years can be very stressful for young girls . At this time, many young girls are faced with changes in their body structure, growth, development, hormones, emotions, and self-image. High Risk Pregnancy

High-risk pregnancy: In a high-risk pregnancy, the chances of complications are significantly higher than in a normal pregnancy. The following conditions may occur: Pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, premature birth, placental abruption, premature rupture of membranes, stillbirth, and miscarriage.
